By downloading, installing, or using SafeStop RV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
SafeStop RV is a mobile application designed to help RV travelers find fuel stations, campgrounds, and other points of interest. The App provides route planning, fuel tracking, weather information, and community features.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
SafeStop RV offers Premium and Premium+ subscription tiers with additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, reviews, fuel prices). By submitting content, you grant Melken Solutions a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content within the App.
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; harass other users; attempt to hack or disrupt the service; use the App for illegal purposes; or violate any applicable laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fuel prices, campground availability, weather data, or route information. Always verify critical information independently.
Melken Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
